We are an independent, multi-discipline partnership providing advice and real estate solutions in office, retail, industrial and leisure property matters. We have been a constant presence in the City of London for over 25 years.
Although we provide consultancy services to clients with commercial holdings throughout the UK, our focus is predominantly upon the City and Central London.
The founding partners have considerable experience within the corporate sector, having worked in some of the world’s largest multinationals. Combined with our years in private practice, we have an unusually implicit appreciation of the needs and concerns of a diverse range of property users, from small businesses and private individuals to large corporations, public bodies and government departments.
Our multi-disciplinary structure, with individuals from different disciplines working collaboratively in the same office, creates a structure for exchanging skills and information that adds collective value to all our work.
