Formerly the headquarters of the Bank of America and totalling 105,000 sq ft, 1 Alie Street has been converted into a Grade A centre for multi-letting to small and medium size (SME) enterprises.
Phase 1 – more than half of the building – has been completed.

The majority of the Phase 1 office suites were placed under offer within 7 months and the instruction was largely fulfilled within a year.
