About Thompson Yates

Thompson Yates have been delivering strong professional commercial property advice for over 32 years, across a range of business space property types including office, retail, industrial, education, health, and leisure property matters.

We provide consultancy and agency services to clients with commercial holdings, both at the investment and occupational levels, throughout the UK, but our focus is predominantly upon the City and Central London.

We have considerable experience within both the corporate and private sector, including work at some of the world’s largest multinationals. Combined with our years in private practice, we have an unusually implicit appreciation of the needs and concerns of a diverse range of property users, from small businesses and private individuals to large corporations, public bodies and government departments.

Our multi-disciplinary structure, with individuals from different disciplines working collaboratively in the same office, creates a structure for exchanging skills and information that adds collective value to all our work.

Combining a traditional approach with sophisticated information resources and technology, we offer a professional, highly personal and discreet service able to respond swiftly to the needs of clients and their consultants.
